Dear customers

      Due to DG eyewear and GADO s.r.l (Dolce & Gabbana) trademark cancellation pending case at Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of United States Patent and Trademark office, this case has been in the court for almost 10 years, the terminal decision will be made by the Supreme Court by the end of this year.  Now both parties have reached an agreement:

1. DG eyewear needs to stop the production of their sunglasses before the terminal decision comes out this year.

2. If DG eyewear lost its trademark, GADO (Dolce & Gabbana) allows DG eyewear’s distributor/retailer/salesperson to sell off the inventory they have on the market without time restriction.

3. As an authorized distributor in New York, we do not have much DG eyewear in stock. We would strongly recommend our customers to try out the new brand IG.
